To go over the game, Fiorentina opened the score from very far using the fact that this ball can go a ridiculously long distance. But we'll get back to that. Then Moore scored for us after a wonderful break through their defence. Until the halftime, they scored again from an incursion from the right. At halftime, Swann changed the keeper and strengthened the middle by calling Alexto to the bench and sending Nick in. This move benefited the game as we recovered more balls and I got a lot more chances to score. From one of those, I took advantage of their weak positions and i delivered a long shot which landed in the goal. The last goal was scored after an infringement by them following one of my attacks. It seems there is a new rule forbidding more than 3 players to attack another player all at once. And they were all over me! So we got a penalty kick which i didn't miss: 3-2 and then it was all easy guarding our backs and recovering the balls to guard the score.Now to go to the parts i didn't like: first, the ball. It was awful, it still bounces a lot, the shot is too powerful and the lob is inefficient. Maxx has a lot of things to change about the ball. Next, the referee took mostly the right decisions, but she didn't mantain a good relationship because she didn't talk very much! This created confusion amongst the players because she didn't specify what she decided. Last, I want to congratulate Moore for his great goal and Alexto for a good match, but I have to ask them to be more careful when attacking. When one of us has the ball, the others should only follow and not take the ball from him.
In my opinion, the best player of the match was Cyndee. Our defence just upgraded to another level. As for my own game, I certainly don't want to take the credit away from the team, because I really feel I didn't play a great game. So congratulations to everyone for doing their job!
